Shipton Mill is the home of regenerative organic flour. Since 1979, the company has produced flour using excellent grains - working with like-minded farmers who promote biodiversity and protect the soil. Only the finest grains are selected for their precise milling process, distilling the flavours through scrupulous care.

As champions of regenerative organic agriculture, they support farming practices that maintain and improve soil fertility for future generations. This is just one example of how Shipton Mill are always looking towards the future. Sustainability is at the core of their philosophy - supported by a set of eco-friendly commitments. For example, the mill is powered by 100% renewable energy, including from their own solar panels. They have eliminated plastic from their online retail orders, using recycled paper fibres instead. Furthermore, they help protect the diverse ecosystem surrounding the mill - which is home to wild brown trout, kingfishers, damselflies, and otters.

They’re seeking a financial expert to help with the company’s evolution. The future direction of Shipton Mill will be underpinned by organic growth. The pillars of that growth will be built on:
