The Bristol Benevolent Institution (BBI) is a long-established charity, proudly serving the Bristol area since 1869. They provide tailored support to older individuals (60+) living within the BS postcode area (covering Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire). Funded by an annual income of £750,000 from endowment capital, they are unique in that they do not fundraise, allowing their entire focus to remain on delivering support and impact.

Home-Start is a national charity that helps families with young children through challenging times. The organisation consists of 180 local, independent community networks that support over 43,000 families. Founded on the belief that childhood can’t wait, they are there for parents when they need it most.
