Reporting directly to the Managing Director and main Board, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for business performance, leading day-to-day operations while driving sustainable growth, profitability and organisational excellence.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Team and Board, you will lead the people agenda at a pivotal time for the Society, ensuring its culture, leadership capability and workforce strategy support continued growth and success.
