They also work with clients in all areas of research projects, from the design of questionnaires to full analysis.

They are now seeking a Chief Finance and Operations Officer who will have overall control and responsibility for all financial and administrative aspects of the UK company and its US subsidiary. This is a significant role in the business and the candidate will play a key part in supporting their ambitious growth plans and driving profitability to the next level at this time of growth and opportunity. The new Head of Finance and Operations will oversee key projects in the pipeline and their responsibilities will include:
Implementing corporate strategies to drive revenue, growth and profitability and working with directors to update these strategies.
Working closely with the Managing Director on customer negotiations, contracts, and pricing.
Leading and developing the finance, admin, and legal teams.
Snap Surveys are looking for someone who is commercially astute and has a broad knowledge of running the finances of an SME. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant or equivalent with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. They will be able to contribute effectively to strategic plans and help drive those plans by offering sound, well-reasoned advice to the Board. Their strong organisational skills will enable them to coordinate the various teams within the company.
As there is a strong focus on digital technologies, ideally, the candidate will have experience working in a software products/apps environment and have some experience in the selection and implementation of new systems associated with an online/digital environment.
