(Closed) Software & Services Company seeks Non-Executive Director (Remunerated)
Key information:
Time commitment: Approximately 10 meeting days total per annum, including 6 Board meetings, plus strategy days. The NED will also comment on arising issues by video conference.
Location: meetings usually at fixed location in Gloucestershire, sometimes in London or Bristol.

They’re seeking a Non-Executive Director to join the Board, providing guidance, support and expertise to the Executive leadership team. The NED will offer an objective perspective on strategy, investment management, organisational structure and commercial affairs. Additionally, they’ll ensure the organisation is run equitably and transparently. As a part of the Board, they will analyse the performance of Executive Directors in achieving targets and objectives.
The successful candidate will be a creative and flexible thinker, with an inquisitive mindset and the ability to handle complexity and uncertainty. They will have a strong understanding of corporate governance, ideally with a background in corporate transaction or post-acquisition integration. Advisory experience is essential, as well as experience within a listed company, and a demonstrable track record of active leadership and facilitating positive change.
The NED will be joining at a very exciting time for the company, as their business strategy is rapidly gaining momentum, and significant revenue growth is forecast for the medium-term.
