As Head of Strategic Development, you’ll enhance the company’s market position by achieving financial growth and meeting specific KPIs. You will develop and manage the Intelligence Hub - a strategic programme used to optimise sales with new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will also include capitalising on current trends and emerging markets and leveraging data analytics to refine business strategies.
The client hopes to hear from customer-centric individuals with B2B strategic development experience, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of lead generation, sales processes and partnership development, alongside strong commercial and leadership skills. They will be able to make recommendations based on research and data analysis, managing short-term needs with long-term business objectives.
This role is integral to shaping the company’s future through innovation, market insight, and execution of key strategic initiatives.
