Our client is a leading training and development business, operating in the UK and Internationally. They provide a range of learning and training across constituent brands and services. This ranges from their e-learning content and learning management systems to corporate training programmes.

They are seeking an Interim Managing Director to lead the newly created Learning Solutions division. The role will focus on expanding and enhancing the client’s blended learning offerings to employers and individuals in their respective industries. The Interim Director will be responsible for driving the division’s growth and profitability.

The company hope to hear from senior candidates from the training and learning sector (including e-learning). The Managing Director will have a track record of building strong client relationships, influencing product development and pursuing new business opportunities. They will interact with external stakeholders and assume full P&L responsibility for the business unit.

The successful individual will have a background driving growth, alongside a solid understanding of the impact of digitalisation and AI on the training sector. They will be knowledgeable on market trends and dynamics and emerging sector initiatives. Furthermore, the Managing Director will be adept at inspiring a team to sell learning courses while scanning the horizon for new opportunities around innovation, products and trends.
