AB Dynamics is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee global IT operations, strategies and systems. As Group Head of IT, you will ensure that IT infrastructure, applications, and services meet the evolving needs of the business while driving digital transformation, innovation, and efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing a comprehensive global IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Leading digital transformation initiatives to modernise systems and processes.
Providing strategic leadership on emerging technologies and industry best practices, ensuring IT services and solutions support business growth and scalability.
Establishing IT governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Managing IT risk through robust cybersecurity strategies.
Overseeing the planning, deployment, maintenance, and management of all IT systems.
Collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to optimise IT services and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Managing the global IT project and leading a high-performing IT team.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in IT leadership roles – a minimum of 5 years in a similar position within a multinational organisation.
A proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations across multiple regions.
Experience driving digital transformation initiatives.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management.
Experience managing cloud services, SaaS, and hybrid IT environments.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISM, or CISSP are advantageous.
