Leading Global Organisation seeks Head of Change & Organisation Development

This leading global organisation consistently delivers exceptional products and services. They operate across multiple sectors, with both well-established and emerging business interests.

The client has retained our services in search of a Head of Change & Organisation Development, who will drive business adaptability. The successful candidate will oversee organisational change and leadership development programmes, while fostering a culture of continuous learning. They will maximise employee engagement and nurture a high-performing workforce.

This is a strategic leadership position - the post holder will influence the members of the Executive, Functional, and Management teams to implement change in an engaging manner. Furthermore, they will be the key driver for all learning and development initiatives, managing relationships with other support departments, business delivery units and external service providers.

The Head of Change & Organisation Development will have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. They will have a track record of leading wide ranging change and development projects. The successful individual will be knowledgeable about the best practices and emerging trends in organisational development and change management, and be able to work cross-functionally to implement these ideas. Ideally, they would hold a formal qualification in Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

This role is subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement, however, we can confirm that it is a hybrid working model (~3 days per week on-site), based at the client’s Head office - close to the M4/M5 corridor. The remuneration package includes a competitive salary plus additional benefits.
