Our client is a specialist B2B contract services business with an international footprint. They’re seeking a Group Sales & Marketing Director who can develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen market position, and enhance profitability across all business divisions.

As Group Sales & Marketing Director, you will:

  • Lead high-value business development efforts, personally securing and managing key client relationships.

  • Negotiate and oversee major contracts, ensuring they align with long-term business objectives.

  • Develop high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.

  • Leverage digital marketing, content strategies and CRM platforms to improve lead generation and conversion.

  • Work closely with the operations, finance and digital transformation teams to shape a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with extensive experience in B2B sales and marketing. They will have a proven track record utilising strategic thinking, leadership and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth across diverse markets. As this is a Board-level role, the Sales & Marketing Director will be adept at balancing short-term performance with long-term growth planning, ensuring the business continues to scale effectively. Furthermore, they will display exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
